Caring Yoga Classes

Caring Yoga classes are available on a weekly basis so that you can improve and develop your own practice.
Every class is different and follows the Sivananda Yoga tradition.

The priority is the development of your entire being, from your physical body to your mental and spiritual well-being. It is Caring Yoga aim to provide you a deepening experience in a supportive and caring environment.

Classes are held on Mondays from 6.30-8pm for a small group of committed
of people. Please book in advance.
