Caring Yoga Classes

Caring Yoga classes are available on a weekly basis so that you can improve and develop your own practice.

Every class is different and follows the Sivananda Yoga tradition.

The priority is the development of your entire being, from your physical body to your mental and spiritual well-being. It is Caring Yoga aim to provide you a deepening experience in a supportive and caring environment.

Classes are held on Mondays from 6.30-8pm for a small group of committed

of people. Please book in advance.

Susana approaches her classes with professionalism and attention to detail. She is able to give clear instructions in a calm manner to all students during the class, no matter their ability. I have taken in-person and online classes with Susana and found them both to be of a high quality.
